Roger Stettler began his career with a commercial apprenticeship at a life sciences company in Zurich. His curiosity led him to Geneva, where he perfectionated his French and later to the USA to perfect his English. He expanded his expertise through further training in business administration and human resources.
Early in his career, he took on leadership roles, establishing a branch in Zurich and managing another in Aarau. He soon realized that his true passion lay in two key areas: people and entrepreneurship. Consulting in the healthcare market allowed him to merge both, helping professionals advance their careers while connecting companies with the right talent—something that continues to inspire him today.
In 2000, he acquired Bischofberger Personalberatung AG through a management buyout, transforming it into Stettler Consulting AG. His guiding principle: delivering sustainable, tailored solutions for both candidates and companies – with genuine appreciation on both sides.
