Her background

• Beatrice Carlson began her professional career in the tourism industry and worked in this field for over 10 years. She holds a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) in Business Administration, a Federal Diploma (EFZ) as a Flight Attendant, and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management.
• She spent a year in England and 19 years in the U.S., where she successfully ran her own business as a franchisee in a service-based SME. In 2022, she returned to Switzerland with her family and pursued further education as an HR Assistant.
