I initially started in the hotel industry but quickly realized my true passion lay in HR. After completing my apprenticeship, I expanded my expertise as a training manager for an international fast-food company. This role allowed me to develop my ability to motivate and support people.
A key milestone in my journey was my training in transactional analysis—understanding the psychology behind communication and relationships continues to fascinate me today.
