• Felicitas began her professional career in the hospitality industry, which was shaped by her training at hotel management school. Working with people was central to her work from the very beginning and remains an important part of her job today.
• She lived in the Netherlands and northern Iraq for two years. This period had a particularly formative influence on her, as it broadened her horizons and strengthened her openness to different cultures and ways of working.
