- Susana Binz-Adam began her career in the pharmaceutical industry, working in sales for over 11 years. She represented leading pharmaceutical companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, and UCB-Pharma, managing relationships with doctors, specialists, and hospitals.
- In 2008, she earned her certification as a pharmaceutical consultant (SHQA) and expanded her expertise through the IML AAE program at the University of Bern.
- Afterward, she ventured into entrepreneurship, founding her own company in family support services. In 2024, she returned to the pharmaceutical industry—this time as an HR Consultant at Stettler Consulting. Her experience in direct client interaction, whether with doctors or families, has sharpened her ability to assess individual needs. She is passionate about guiding professionals in their careers, offering long-term support, and inspiring them to grow.
