Personality Structure Test (PST-R)
The PST-R questionnaire was drawn up according to the scientific insights of empirical social research and adjusted based on the “normal” German-speaking population so that the results can be determined based on your age and gender in each case. It is used, among other things, in HR diagnostics.
Please indicate what best applies to you. If the occupational details do not apply to you, try to put yourself in the specified situation. Sometimes the selection is not easy; in such cases, indicate what most applies to you. It will take you around 60 to 90 minutes to complete. It is worthwhile going through the questionnaire in one go and not spending too much time thinking about the questions.
With questions regarding personality, the way the person feels on a particular day also always plays a certain role. We have tried to take this into account as far as possible with the appropriate questions. It is recommended that you complete the questionnaire when you are in a „normal“ mood. Good luck!
