Basic – Assessment

Personality Structure Test (PST-R)

Our assessment consists of four classical instruments of scientific diagnostics:

  • 16 Personality Factors Test (16PF)
  • Eysenck Personality Inventory (EPI)
  • Freiburg Personality Inventory (FPI)
  • Measurement of the control convictions

Advanced – Assessment

We attach great importance to professional diagnostics and only work with psychological tests that meet the requirements with regard to reliability, validity and objectivity at a scientific level.
These tests are also used with skills assessments as part of HR development and as the basis for training courses or coaching sessions. The candidates also receive a test feedback.

For special questions, we can conduct exercises (employee interview, performance review, sales discussion, presentation, etc.) as part of a conventional assessment center and which are tailored to specific company requirements.
