Shortlist & Interview

We present you with the most convincing candidates and accompany the selection process. For each person you will receive a comprehensive dossier with hard facts, complete application documents, personal assessment and the results of personality diagnostics – for a decision based on reason as well as gut feeling, which is supported by scientifically validated evidence in psychology.

Placement & Onboarding

After your final selection, we support you in the contract negotiations. Always with the same goal: to reach an agreement that works for both parties and thus creates the basis for a successful, sustainable collaboration. We are also happy to advise you on the onboarding process and call the candidate halfway through the probationary period to conduct a pulse check to get a feel for how the person has started and what their needs are. This feedback helps the employer to optimise the new employee’s skills so that the jointly set goals can be achieved.
